November was a good month for us. We started out with a pre-Thanksgiving trip to North Carolina to see Russell's family. The baby traveled amazingly well. On the way there we drove through the night and he slept the whole way except when he wanted to eat! Ezra had a lot of fun visiting family.
We also took a day-trip while we were there to visit Ezra's "Aunt Maggie" down at Ambassador. We got to hang out on campus pretty much all day and meet some of Maggie's friends, as well as talk with some of our old professors, which was refreshing and healing for both of us.

While we were there in NC, my mother-in-law really spoiled me and took me shopping to get some much-needed new clothes and shoes! I got 5 skirts, a sweater, and 2 pairs of shoes! She also paid for me to get a haircut!

Another exciting thing about our trip...Russell's sister-in-law ended up having her baby Sara Cate 3 weeks early, so Ezra got to meet his newest baby cousin when she was just 1 day old!

Although we were exhausted when we got home, it really was a great trip!
