Running behind on my blog...yet again! Catch up time!

Two weeks and 2 days ago, my little brother got married. It's really crazy to me to think about...we haven't been able to spend a lot of time together since we were in highschool...I've been married and gallavanting across the country following my soldier husband; Michael has been in school at Pensacola Christian College. We've only seen each other a few times a year since 2006.

Michael married a beautiful girl named Mandy - the short version of the story is that Michael (who also writes music) made a CD which he let a friend borrow. This friend left it in her CD player where Mandy found it, listened to it, and declared she would marry the man who wrote all that music. And 2 years later.... :)

I had the privilege to be around and "involved" in the wedding. Thursday I came into town with my mom and I took Mandy and her bridesmaids out for a mani/pedi spa day! Friday we spent the day decorating the church, then of course the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner, and then Saturday was the wedding. I volunteered my services as a "pseudo" (or backup) photographer and videographer for Mandy. She was having a professional photographer but I wanted to be able to get some shots that maybe a formal photographer wouldn't catch, as well as pictures of the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner.

Everything went BEAUTIFULLY! The wedding was the most gorgeous wedding I have ever seen (aside my own, but of course I am very biased...) Aside from some rain on the wedding day everything went perfectly with no major setbacks.

What you will see below is a video/photo montage of their wedding. The photos and videos were take by me, and the music you will hear is written/arranged and performed by Michael and Mandy. I hope that you will take the chance to watch it and be blessed.

I can't get the embedding to work properly at the moment so for now here is a link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yk6fE698jLk
